Recruiter JobsCafe.com Job Description The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for the implementation of the recruitment process, interviewing and hiring for entry level candidates. The position is responsible for implementing selection processes that are legally compliant and cost effective while meeting established criteria with respect to cost per hire and time to fill.
Desired Profile Executes recruitment strategies to ensure high quality hires within cost per hire and time to hire targets
Maintains the recruitment MIS
Keep track of vendor invoicing and timely payments to the hiring vendors
Manages external vendors, ensures quality of service delivery
Delivers a candidate pipeline of the quality and quantity to meet business needs
Driving Employee Referrals
