Description:   

As an integral part of the ‘ACR Business Development team’, candidate will provide pre-sales technical support to develop and recommend ACR portfolio of products and services to meet the customer's business requirements. The candidate serves as the technical conscience for the customer and the technical advocate to develop new and complex solutions. To be precise the candidate will be a consultant for client and business procurer for the employer. The candidate job is both a strategic selling job and an in-depth technical solution job. The candidate would have to generate leads, meet clients, analyze their requirement and provide a solution by using the tools.

The position requires a working knowledge across multiple technical disciplines including converging technologies (VOIP), SMS solutions, CRM solutions, ERP Solutions and other software solutions. The candidate should necessarily have an aptitude for technology as well as marketing. Candidate must have excellent customer interaction and presentation abilities, be self-motivated and pay high attention to detail.

1.Responsible for all sales and marketing activities for the company’s products and software solutions starting from generation of leads to closure.
2.Responsible for achieving the sales targets based on sales plan.
3.Building a brand image for the Company’s products.
4.Preparation of Business Plans, proposals and response to RFPs.
5.Acquisition of new projects with set annual revenue targets.
6.Explore and identify new areas of business, give inputs for product value addition and new product development.

Skillsets:   

Responsible-Software Services & Project Sales, International market exposure mandatory

New client Development, Identify & segment market

Exposure to Hardcore Software solution & Service Sales

Excellent rapport & preexisting network in relevant market, Proven Track Record; Go Getter & Target oriented;

The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical and communication skills.
The candidate will be a BE with experience in enterprise software services selling. An MBA will be preferred but is not absolutely required.
A strong orientation towards listening to potential clients and understanding their needs would be required. Some software development experience will be highly desirable.
The candidate should be able to create effective and forceful presentations customized to client's needs.
The candidate will be aggressive in pitching services to client without being overbearing.
Should be highly motivated and have the ability to work independently and without supervision.
The position is based in Kochi.
The position reports to the CEO and will involve assisting him/her in achieving marketing objectives and goals.
