Legal Contractor (contractor in Legal Dept) JobsCafe.com Job Description You would be part of the legal team in India reporting to the Legal Manager.
This is a contractual position directly with TIBCO Software.
Desired Profile This position is a contractual position (6 months to start with) and would include working on legal documents from EMEA (Europe Middle East and Africa) regions. You may be specifically required to work on:
- Purchase Agreements
- EVAL’s and NDA’s (when not in local language)
- Work Oders
- Standard Partner Agreements
