Job Description

We need 25 bright and committed graduates in our Graduate Recruitment and Induction Programme (GRIP), which shall groom them as the backbone of our project teams. Selected candidates shall be on probation for 6 months, starting December 14th 2009, with a salary of Rs. 1,00,000 per annum. Selected candidates shall be required to sign an Agreement to Learn and Perform (ALP), agreeing to learn and work for Polaris for a minimum period of three years.

Desired Profile
   
You need to have a B.Sc. (Computer Science) or a BCA from a reputed institution with at least 70% in your graduation, a minimum of 75% in your 10th and 12th Board Examinations, and the attitude and urge to excel. You are liable to be posted at any of our office locations in India or abroad, though you shall be initially posted in Chennai.

Selection shall be through an Aptitude Test to be held on 5th and 6th December 2009, in Chennai, followed by Group Discussions and Interviews, on the same days.
