Job Description1. Excellent communication skills.
2. Minimum 3 yrs experience and thorough knowledge of C#, ASP.NET, Oracle/Plsql/SQL Server , AJAX, Java script and the knowledge of Web services & XML.
3. Strong database designing skills in DB
4. Strong knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle methodology.
5. Ability to understand and analyze issues and uses judgment to make decisions.
6. Rapid application development ability. Must be ready to hit the ground running.
7. Will be responsible for coding and adherence to the specifications.
8. Independent, self motivated, and the ability to adapt in a fast and dynamic environment.
9. Skilled in managing and co-ordinating the activities of team.
