Job Description• Plans and designs training curricula, materials, and programs to meet specific training needs of the client.
• Manages relationships with subject matter experts to develop learning needs and provide input for training course content.
• Plans for and coordinates skill assessments.
• Tracks and evaluates training programs by examining learner's satisfaction levels, proficiency testing, and job performance in order to provide feedback to trainers. Creates reports, analyzes, and manages informational databases required to process training information.
• Works with limited guidance on projects and formulates solutions to a diverse range of moderately complex issues/problems.
• Responsible for Analysis, Design and Implementation of creating courseware in the ADDIE model.
Desired Candidate Profile• Typically requires 3 - 6 years of experience.
• Project Management and experience with multiple stakeholder environment.
• Highly skilled in performing task and learner analysis and designing highly interactive instructional strategies.
• Content Mining.
• Experience in telecom domain.
