Responsible for the effective utilization of the EPBAX resources
Resolve the various voice infrastructure related issues.
Manage customer escalations
Manage Co-ordination with Service Providers
Improve process efficiency, quality of service delivery & customer management
Experience in Communication Technology is essential
Experience in TDM and IP telephony domain.
Desired Profile Hands-on troubleshooting skills (L1/L2) on EPABXs, PABXs, and other associated products such as CMS, AES, voice loggers & dialers etc
• The products to be supported are Avaya PBX/ACD, Ericsson EPBAX, Nortel PABX with IP & TDM Telephony.
• Ability to interact with technical team and customer to arrive at a resolution
• Good troubleshooting & Analytical skills
• Experience in migration of TDM to VOIP technology
• Experience on Voice loggers – NICE, Verint
• Worked in support environment and flexible for 24x7
• A typical voice support resource supporting a BPO / Call Centre enterprise kind of environment with S8730, S85XX, S83XX and Nortel PBX/ACD
