Job Responsibilities:
a)Perform call observations of consumer sales & service call
centers of the client
b)Observe about 15-20 calls a day
c)Observations could comprise of Technical support calls for
various lines of business for the client
d)Enter monitorings in an application
e)Ensure that samplings are evenly distributed by coaches
Desired Candidate Profile Candidate should be a Graduate.
Should be able to speak, read and write English
Should have worked in International Call Center for atleast 18 months.
Sound Technical Knowledge.
Excellent Communication Skills.
