Contract Engineer / Manager JobsCafe.com Job Description Graduate /Diploma Civil / Mechanical Engineer preferably
Post Graduate from NICMAR in Construction/Contracts Management having 4-8 years experience in Contracts & Claim Mangement.
Desired Profile Incumbent should have experience of drafting contractual correspondences, preparation of time extension letters with delay analysis, Identification and preparation of Extra Works Claims/Variation Orders, Quantification of claims, Preparation of time extension or extended stay claims etc.Understanding of FIDIC is preferable. Incumbent should have pleasing personality, good in interpersonal & presentation skills.
The position is based at Bathinda / Mumbai.
