Sr. Specialist Employee Relation JobsCafe.com Job Description The Human Resource Generalist - Senior Specialist provides support in general, administrative and project support to the Human Resources in the areas of HRIS, Human Resource generalist function. The Senior Specialist is responsible for maintaining the accuracy of the data in HRIS systems and is the single point of contact for all human resource reporting needs.
Desired Profile PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Brief description of principal responsibilities (generally 6-8) for this job ranked by percentage of time. Begin each responsibility with an action verb. All duties should add to 100% with no responsibility equaling less than 5%.
Processes all the HRIS data entry for the India site for ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
Supports the administration of general and routine employee benefits & Programs like leave policy, Group Medi claim and Hospitalization Insurance Policy etc.
Coordinates on background verifications, joining formalities, employee activations, deactivations and employee files, provident fund, leave encashment etc.
Responsible for timely Human Resource reporting like Paid FTE etc.
Other duties as assigned to support Human Resource Operations.
