Designation     : -     Trainee

Reporting         : -    Team Leader

Function          : -     Operations(Non-Voice)

Location          : -      Pune

Experience      : -      0-1 year

Qualification:     
 
B.Com / M.Com / BBA / B.M.S/AMFI/ NCFM Certification   (Additional)/ B.A(economics)  MBAs need not apply

Working Hours: Incumbent should be open to work in any shifts including NIGHT

shifts.

Job Description:-

The job profile will involve Financial Analysis of various financial and investment products and instruments. It will be a back office profile with no calling or sales involved. It will be a great opportunity to get a wide exposure to Global Securities & Capital Markets.

Primary Responsibilities:

Responsible for executing transactions at sub process level
Reconciliations between various systems/companies for stock  positions and cash balances, etc.
Responsible for meeting daily and monthly targets

Critical Skills Required:

1.      Good knowledge of the Capital / Money markets.
2.      Strong interpersonal skills
3.      Ability to work and communicate with team members
4.      Strong analytical skills
5.      Advanced knowledge of PC technology-DOS, applications
6.      Excellent written and spoken communication skills

Candidate Specification:-

Good Communication skills
Good analytical skills
0-1 year of relevant experience in investment banking/brokerage/custodian banking
Aptitude for understanding technology
Ability to take Independent decisions
