HR Support Staff (On rolls of 3rd party) JobsCafe.com Job Description On-Boarding Process:
• Ensure all the new joinees attend the induction program at the time of joining
• Monitor the joining formalities – Creation of employee codes, e-mail id’s Bank Accounts etc.
Background Verification
• Ensure that all background verifications pendings & negative reports are closed within 30 days of receipt.
• Take appropriate action in case of negative cases.
• Background verification cases to be submitted within 90 days of joining
MIS Reports
 To prepare and update the following MIS reports on a monthly basis:
• Manpower Database
• PMS tracker
• Exit tracker
Payroll Input Data:  To ensure that the payroll input data is prepared and sent for processing well in time.
Exits: To ensure Exit kits are forwarded to HR Services team on time and closure of the same.
Employee Engagement Assist in organizing relevant employee engagement forums every month
Desired Profile GraduateGood communication skills (written/verbal)
Prior experience in handling HR operations
Basic knowledge of Ms office
Experience 1 - 4 Years
