Job Description   

1.Drafting and finalization of various agreements, bonds and deeds.

Details of agreements :- (1) Agency agreements (2) Memorandum of Understanding (3) Leave and License Agreements (4) Distribution of Agreement (5) Consultancy Agreements etc.

2.To draft Power of Attorney and maintaining the records of the same.

3.To study the cases, preparation of notes on cases and to make necessary compliance in respect of the same.

4.To study the tender documents for Risk Assessments Meetings

5.To do research work for provisions under various laws

6.To maintain record of the Bank Guarantees.

7. To prepare drafts of communications to be sent to the advocates and customers under various laws

8. To visit offices of various lawyers in respect to pending cases of the company.

9.To assist in other incidental work (legal) in the department
 
Desired Profile
   
You should have completed your Bachelors Degree in Legal, having specialised in Corporate Laws.

You should be well versed with various Corporate Legal processes like Legal Documentation, Companies Act,

Knowledge on various negotiable instruments will be an advantage.
