IBM Daksh is currently looking for Customer Care Executive - Voice for Chennai.

Requirements:

Any graduate, except BE/B.Tech’s

Open to Shifts

Language Proficiency – English, Tamil & (Hindi – Preferred)

Immediate Joinees Preferred

You should have excellent communication skills, proficiency in computers with a strong customer service orientation. You should be prepared to work in a Six days rotational shift with a one-day weekly off.
