Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

a)Perform call observations of consumer sales & service call

centers of the client

b)Observe about 15-20 calls a day

c)Observations could comprise of Technical support calls for

various lines of business for the client

d)Enter monitorings in an application

e)Ensure that samplings are evenly distributed by coaches
 
Desired Candidate Profile

* Should be able to read , Write and Speak Spanish .

* Should be a graduate and should have certification in Spanish

* Should be Flexible for US Shifts
