Qualify prospects and produce quality leads for Tech Sales Reps (cold calling, and prospecting calls)
Qualify prospect’s business strategy, pains and processes using effective questioning
Analyse customer needs in terms of business obstacles, identifying projects, scoping potential Oracle solutions, and establish account presence by building trust with key contacts
Present and articulate core technology product features, benefits, future product direction and overall Oracle solutions
EXPERIENCE
Understands most advanced product solutions and features and demonstrates a strong solution selling expertise with reasonable understanding of the sales cycle
Ability to communicate effectively over the telephone and written (inc. email) with high level decision makers
Ability to understand customer’s industry and core business practices
Strong needs analysis, positioning and business justification
Self motivated, desire to learn independently
Proactive, innovative and creative thinker
Ability to qualify sales leads using advanced questioning techniques
Minimum 3 years telemarketing or related experience
Professional with strong planning and mature analytical skills
QUALIFICATIONS
Graduate/Professional Degree, MBA preferred
Desired Profile Mandatory Skills:
International Experience is must.
