Job DescriptionSoft Skills/ Behavioral Trainer :
• Strong experience in Training Need Analysis, Training Design, Delivery, Evaluation.
• Designing targeted and specific training programs in line with the organisation strategy and manage the delivery.
• Identify and develop best practice in training design through internal/ external benchmarking and recommend appropriate training solutions.
• Partner with operations leaders to understand needs and develop appropriate strategies to meet those needs.
• Should be able to crunch numbers and metrics (MIS/ Reports).
• Hands on exposure to Psychometric Assessments would be a plus.
Desired Candidate Profile
• Any graduate (Full time/ Regular)
• Post Graduate (Psychology) - Full time/ Regular would be a plus.
• Additional qualification/ certification (TTT, etc) in the field of training would be a plus.
• Hands on exposure to Psychometric Assessments would be a plus.
• Total relevant experience (Soft skills/ Behavioral Training): 5.0 - 6.0 years (Full Time) in Software Company/ Training Consultancy/ BPO.
• Strong experience in Training Need Analysis, Training Design, Delivery, Evaluation.
