We are looking for Software Quality Analysts (Quality Assurance Resources) to be a part of L&T Infotech. The details are mentioned below:

Educational Qualification: BE / BTech / MS / MCA / MTech / ME / B.Sc / M.Sc

Experience :  3 to 8 yrs

Job Location :   Mumbai / Pune / Bangalore / Chennai

Core skills required:

> Knowledge of SDLC, ISO, CMMI (knowledge on other frameworks will be preferred)

> ITSM / ISO 20000 knowledge with Infrastructure management background

> Good communication and analytical skills

> Assertiveness.

> Auditing skills. Eye for details.

> Understanding of statistical process control/ six-sigma methodology is preferred.

Job Description:

- Ensuring process implementation in the BU through audits

- Ensuring process awareness within the BU by managing process trainings

- Providing process consultancy to Quality Leaders and Business Units practitioners

- Analyze metrics at BU level & provide support to project teams on metrics analysis

- Reporting process implementation status to Quality Manager

- Participate in BU/ Org level process improvement initiatives
