Desired Profile Ensures calls are received and transferred to concerned people.
Attends to all visitors promptly and politely and puts them on to concerned persons
Liases with various people when meetings are to be called for
Arrangements for celebrations.
Ensures all incoming courier reach concerned people.
Ensures the bookings are done for the staff.
Places order for stationary items and maintains register for the same. Procures items as per requirements of other departments. (e.g. LCD for Training etc.)
