Job Description   

Title: Trainee Associate

Qualification: Any Graduate

Experience :  0 to 6 months

Requirement Specification:

Ideal candidate should have the following skills:

0 – 6 months experience in Voice based process

Possess excellent Oral Communication Skills (the requirement is for Collections Voice Process)

Work Experience using MS Office (Word, Excel)

Posses excellent composition & writing Skills

Additional Specification:

Candidates willing to work in Night Shifts only need to apply

Candidates should be willing to work in Collections Voice Process

Candidates should have secured minimum 40% in their graduation, XIIth, Xth

Selected candidates must be willing to sign an employment Agreement (bond) as per the company policy

Candidates should not have any gaps in education and employment
