Job Description
1. Responsible for completion of day - to - day work and process flows within the agreed service levels.
2. Review all deliverables
3. Coordinate with internal teams to obtain necessary information required for day - to - day operations.
4. Generate metric reports and submit them to the onsite coordinator.
5. Attend training sessions and develop capabilities on an ongoing basis.
6. Setting benchmarks for the team
