• Excellent visualization skills
• Should have understanding on latest design trends
• Should have understanding of wire framing
• Expertise in Photoshop, Adobe illustrator
• Should have exposure to Adobe Flash
• Excellent communication skills
• Can handle client communication
• Must have worked on web application designs
• Basic understanding of Xhtml and Javascript
• 4-5 years of experience in web design
• Must have handled Offshore clients

Skillsets:   

• Expertise in Flash, Adobe Photoshop, Dreamweaver, HTML, CSS.
• Front-end coding in xHTML/CSS.
• Attention to detail, fantastic ideas, a flare for innovation, and more enthusiasm.
• You must be on the cutting edge of web technologies and trends
• Always learning about the next new thing, whilst improving your own standards as well as ours... All the time
• Able to work with very demanding clients to figure out solutions to complex UI problems
• Able to meet deadlines, manage own time efficiently, and work very quickly
