Job DescriptionJob profile includes taking inbound calls.
Should be able to troubleshoot technical queries of US clients
Should be comfortable with night shifts.
Should have a flair for Customer Service.
Desired Candidate ProfileAny Bachelor's degree.
Undergraduates should have a minimum work experience of >=12 months international call centre experience.
Potential candidates should not have Backlog in graduation.
Note: BE / B Tech less than 60% are eligible, candidates with more than 60% in BE/ B Tech should have at least 1 yr experience with International Call Center.
Tech knowledge:
- Should have worked on Windows Operating Systems (98, 2000, XP). Experience on windows vista is a plus.
- Should have some experience/idea about installing or uninstalling software/programs in Windows (Just MS Office knowledge is not sufficient)
- Should have basic computer hardware knowledge (understand connections, communication ports, cables, connectors etc)
- Should understand basic terms and definitions like RAM, memory capacity, minimum system requirements, device drivers, data transfer etc
- Should be aware of new technologies - wireless, blue tooth, network, antivirus, spy ware etc (In depth knowledge not expected)
Language Skills:
- Neutral accent. Strong MTI is not trainable.
- Grammar / Sentence Structure should be good.
- Fluency while communicating is necessary.
- Comprehension is important. (Ability to read and comprehend information)
