2. Should make a New Business generation with the help of making outbound calls, queries, mails etc.
3. Should have a Tele Sales Background, working in an outbound US Sales Process.
4. Excellent adaptability and grasping power, to learn on the Job.
5. Coordinating with Pre Sales for presentations and demos providing relevant customer inputs for the same.
6. Ability to interact with & understand the US Clients.
7. Should be from an IT Background/ Telecom Domain would be an added advantage.
8. Ability to Multi-task in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
9. Ability to work in team and handle pressure and demands.
10. Ability to work autonomously and exhibit excellent judgment.
11. Ability to work cooperatively as part of a team.
12. Excellent problem solving, analytical and time management skills.
13. Excellent interpersonal and organization skills.
14. Environment and motivation suitable for doing 24/7 on-call support when assigned.
