He/She will be part of Supportability development team. He/She will be responsible for development of supportability team products like MVT, WebMER, MER Analyzer, eReports or new products as per business needs. He will be mainly involved in development using (but not limited to) .NET Technologies. He/She should be flexible enough to learn new technologies (or other technologies that he might not have learned in the past like C++/COM) and help developing the products using these technologies. Preference to any particular technology 'only' is not desirable.
Primary Responsibilities:1. Write the code that the Technical Lead provided specifications for.
2. Translate algorithms and technical specifications into code that can be executed on a computer system.
3. Achieve proficiency in the technology and tools used and the development environment including compiler and debugger.
4. Be proficient with the language syntax for writing programs.
5. Understand what is being done and help identify potential issues and opportunities for improvement at every turn.
6. Develop a passion for quality software development.
7. Demonstrate the knowledge of object oriented methodologies.
8. Develop problem solving ability, be creative and have excellent verbal communication.
9. Follow the processes defined.
10. Be a team member. and develop the ability to interact with other team members.
11. Provide proper project/task status update to the dev lead.
12. Stick to the project schedule.

Required Skills: ASP, ASP.NET, C# .NET, MS SQL Server
