Territroy Sales Executive JobsCafe.com Job Description 􀂙 Responsible for overall prepaid business operations in rural markets.
􀂙 Achievement of Primary, Secondary, Activation including document collection &
Recharge targets.
􀂙 Handle distributor stock, sales and schemes and field operations.
􀂙 Work in retail market daily on beats with DSEs.
􀂙 Ensure trade scheme implementation, monitoring and benefits disbursements.
􀂙 Develop retail market ensuring depth and width of retailing in the territory.
ô€‚™ Maintain good trade relations for ensuring Idea’s higher share of business.
􀂙 Resolve trade issues, complaints and rectify operational inefficiencies.
􀂙 Maintain Idea visibility at the peak in all retail outlets throughout the market.
􀂙 Track and maintain sales/ activation trends and required MIS for the territory.
􀂙 Planning and co-ordination of every new town launch activities
Desired Profile Qualification and Experience
Qualification 12th passed/Graduate with basic working knowledge of computer
operation.
No hiring of professionally qualified persons ie. MBAs/Engineers etc. Also ‘Fluency in
English language’ be considered a disqualification.
Focus on hiring local talent. Should be a local resident and have worked in the same
market. Only in extreme cases where suitable candidate is not available, candidate
from neighboring town (Max.25kms radius) may be appointed.
Working experience in selling preferably FMCG, white goods, pharmaceutical products
& similar businesses.
Must own a ‘Two Wheeler’ with a valid driving license.
Age Group – Below 35 years
