Job Description

We are looking out for Unit Sales Managers and Sales Managers who would be

responsible for -

• Generating business through assigned channels such as : channels, agency teams,

direct teams.

• Building Relationships with bank / other channels

• Maximizing own share of business in channels

• Conducting regular training programs for trainees

• Ensuring adherence to defined processes

• Motivating sales channels for growth in business generation

• Executing sales promotional activities.

We are looking out for young, aggresive and sharp MBAs or Post Graduates with strong

sales and marketing background, willing to relocate anywhere in AP and an experience

of 1 to 5 Years. Freshers are welcome - Only if you are confident of your abilities

and possess all the qualities mentioned above.
