Customer Service Representatives

We would look at candidates who are –

Graduates (No Backlogs), with or without experience.

12th with 6 months work experience.

With an excellent command over English and willing to work in shifts.

B. E graduates below 55% most welcome for tech support process.

Minimum 19 years of age.

Job Description

An inbound CSA deals with a number of incoming calls pertaining to a wide variety of

services provided by the clients. The associate provides excellent customer service

and gives precise information to the customer ensuring customer satisfaction.

Candidates need to be flexible with shifts as per a 24/7 working environment.

Typing speed - minimum of 15 wpm with 85 accuracy.

Well versed with computers & ability to navigate between screens quickly while

speaking with customers is a must.

Fast learners with a passion for customer service.

Technical Support Associates

We have openings for a US technical inbound process, at the Technical Support

Associate level, we would look at candidates who have –

- Bachelors Degree / Diploma Engineering with

Advance troubleshooting skills for at least one of the following:

- Computer Desktop, including Internal Hardware

- Computer Laptop, including Internal Hardware

- One of the Operating systems from the following:

- Windows 98, Me, 2000, XP Home, XP Pro

- Peripherals like Printers, Scanners and Multifunction Devices

- Virus eradication including Manual Virus removal

- Networking

- Basic knowledge of computers, laptops, operating systems and computer hardware.

- Speech clarity, voice clarity, good pronunciation and should not have a strong MTI

(Mother Tongue Influence).

- Strong customer service skills: empathy, listening, enthusiastic, patience,

reasoning and problem-solving skills.

- Willing to work in shifts, rotating as schedule requires.

Eligibility

-UG+12 mths exp / grad with min 6 months experience

-UG+18 mths / grad with 6-12 months experience

-UG+24 mths / grad with 13+ mths experience
