Job Description* 3-7 years of experience with Good Working knowledge of PeopleSoft HCM / FSCM
applications required:
Ben Admin and Base Benefits
Core HR,Administer Training
Administer Workforce,Time and Labour
Global Payroll and Absence Management modules
2). Must possess extensive technical knowledge of PeopleSoft HCM with Peopletools
version 8.4x or higher for following
SQR,Component Interface
People Code,Application Designer
App packages,Integration Broker
Application Engine,SQL scripts and
XML Publisher products to identify specific regulations, processes, self-service, and
user-defined rules
3). should have at least 1-2 HCM Upgrade or an implementation hands on, Upgrade
experience in HCM (any PeopleSoft version but 8.9 or above will be preferred)
4). Experience in Production Support on high priority i.e. should be able to handle
tickets related to HR, Payroll, and Base Benefits etc.
5). Must have experience in effectively using PeopleTools, PeopleSoft Internet
Architecture, Process Scheduler, Security, and portal applications.
6). Should be familiar with UNIX and should know some basic scripting experience.
7). Should have some exposure to some Scheduling tool e.g. Maestro (Optional)
. Should be familiar Data conversion scripts using Data mover.
9). Strong Reporting skills in SQL, SQR Programming, and PS Query.
