Job Description   

Person has to take care of all the field activities in the zone for GSM Network

• Troubleshooting of GSM-BTS /Microwave/ MUX problems at site.

• Corrective and Preventive maintenance of all the BSS equipments.

• Coordinating with BSS/Transmission Engineer for day to day operational issues.

• Person will be reporting to Zonal Technical Manager and mainly responsible for

uptime of the network.

• Manage spares, tools and keep track of repair-return process.

• Coordination with Infra vendors for infra issues and ensure accurate alarm

reporting.

• Acceptance testing of BSS equipments at site.

• Interaction with various third party vendors for speedy resolution of field problems

• Hardware, Software up-gradation in the network.

Timely escalation of issues.

Desired Profile
   
BE/ B.Tech, Diploma in electronics /electrical Engineering in 1-5 Years of experience

 in BSS O&M.Good Communication skills in English Language, Sound knowledge of BTS,

BSC,Microwave and MUX,Should be well versed with BSC-BTS connectivity and different

topologies, Should be aware of electrical setup at site, for ex. SMPS, PIU, AMF

panel, ACDB, Battery bank and DG,

Knowledge of Microwave and MUX will be a added advantage.

Experience of working in managed service scenario will be a added advantage.
