Job Description   

Various openings in Pune for Managerail Level

Exp should be between 5yrs-10 yrs

Experience & back ground: MBA from Premier institute with 8 - 12 years post MBA

experience. The candidate should have ideally worked in related industry or field

i.e. BPO ( non-voice ), KPO, data analytics companies, BFSI operations etc

Role:

• This position would be responsible for handling revenues up to $1mn depending upon

 the program /function size.

• Would be handling a team size of 50 staff who work on complex analytics processes

• Would be interacting with the clients on day to day basis in order to ensure that

deliverables are met as per the expectations

• Ensure timely execution of all operational deliverables as per the agreed quantity

 and quality SLAs

• Interacting with internal stake holders like the software team for building

automation tools, HR, N/W and KM for various people , training and technology

related matters

• Would be willing to travel to multi-locations

• Leading the team including growing, motivating and retaining the team
