JOB IDENTIFICATION
Title: Senior Software Developer

SUPERVISORY RELATIONSHIPS
Reports To: Dot Net Manager
Supervises:
BASIC FUNCTION
A senior software developer will be responsible for the overall development of
assigned work in technologies like ASP.NET 3.5/2.0 ADO.NET, C#, SQL Server
2005/2008, AJAX, Web Parts 2.0, E-CRM, DOT NET 2.0 Web Parts Development. Good
Experiance in WCF,WPF, LINQ is a must. The position is responsible for the
understanding business requirements, create design, code and unit test.
Resource must have worked on client projects and understands client needs. Should be
able to prioritize tasks and provide inputs in estimation. Knowledge of CMMi / ISO
processes is preferred. Excellent communication skills is a must.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Responsible and independent team member for coding and unit testing of .Net
related development
• Technical assistance to team members
• Excellent knowledge of ASP.NET 3.5 (Preferred)/ 2.0, ADO.NET,C#, SQL Server
2005/2008,AJAX,Web Parts 2.0,ECRM, DOT NET 2.0 Web Parts Development
• Knowledge of OOPS concepts, UML
• Should be familiar with SDLC
• Knowledge of Design Patterns is preferable
OTHER DUTIES
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Education :
• B.E/M.E/B.Sc/M.Sc/BCA/MCA in Computer Science or related technology
• MCSD/MCP/MCAD/MCTS/MCPD certification is plus.
Experience :
• Required 4+ years of related experience
Other Knowledge, Skills, Abilities or Certifications:
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS
• May involve occasional travel to USA and/or occasional travel to any other cities in India
