2) Chat Sales Process (24 * 7 operations)
3) Domestic Voice Process (Day Shifts)
4) Collections Process ( US Shifts)
5) Inbound / Outbound Voice (US shifts)
Desired Profile
- Excellent command over Spoken / Written English
- College Graduate or Undergraduates
- Working Knowledge of Windows and Internet
- Must live in or around Noida
- Work in Shifts for international processess.
