· Timely and accurate categorization of customer feedback
· Understanding changing requirements and managing customer expectations
. Generating & maintaining various reports.
· Maintaining regular client communication through mails.
Candidate’s Profile:-
- Graduate in any discipline
- Under the age of 30
- Good communication skills
- Good knowledge of Ms Office and Excel.
Age Bar: -Below 30 years
Designation: - Analyst / Senior Analyst
Experience : - 0 – 3 years of work experience
Shift Timings: Rotational Day Shifts
Job Location : - Pune (Hinjewadi)
Centralized Pick up & drop facility.
