Job Purpose:
- The person would support All the functions of Deloitte in sourcing for the�
Requirements.
Job Responsibilities:
- The Sourcing Specialist executes the recommended sourcing strategy using priority
sourcing channels, conducts initial phone screens, maintains candidate data in RMS
and provides recruiters with highly qualified experienced candidates.
Receive and carry out directions and priorities from the Sourcing Manager, under the
guidance of the function to which s/he has been assigned.
Execute the firm's sourcing strategy priorities, as provided, to identify high-
quality experienced candidates at the manager level and below.
Mine internal and external databases for qualified candidates. Contribute to the
andidate pipeline database (RMS).� Provide timely and innovative sourcing results
and solutions to clients.
Conduct initial pre screening interviews with experienced candidates and complete
initial candidate evaluation forms where they are required by the function, and
drive candidates to RMS.� Must enter and maintain all candidate data in RMS in real
time.
Maintain current leading edge knowledge of external sourcing options (e.g. internet
resources, professional associations, and niche sites).
Provide periodic reports of sourcing team activity.
Support the firms Diversity/WIN initiatives.
Source candidates through various mechanisms (direct, internet, referrals, research,
relationships, etc.)
Manage the candidate sourcing process for the assigned function(s) which includes:
Create job specifications in RMS
Source candidates for respective industry/service lines
Prescreen candidates
Ensure information is accurately maintained in RMS in real time
Desired Profile MBA degree preferred
Min 1year of recruiting experience with an emphasis on sourcing preferably in a
professional services firm.
Excellent customer service, problem-solving, teamwork, and knowledge-sharing skills
Strong English verbal and written communication skills
A commitment to the quality/value of results, open communication and privacy/
confidentiality issues
Knowledge of USA employment laws and practices and how to apply them
Knowledge of Deloitte USA and functional sourcing strategies
Demonstrated, strong technology aptitude (e.g., with applicant tracking system(s),
the internet, search engines, and interview scheduling systems, etc.)
Ability to work in a high volume, fast paced environment required
Knowledge of key recruiting craft skills, including various sourcing, candidate selection, selling and negotiating techniques, as well as candidate management
systems, -Recruitsoft/Taleo (RMS)
Ability to operate efficiently and effectively within a matrix, geographically
dispersed organization
Demonstrated good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to develop and maintain relationships by telephone and email
Ability to interview and assess appropriate potential hires
Good organizational skills
Some knowledge of industry and technology trends, compensation and benefits
Knowledge of skill sets of various functions, service areas, service lines, and
industries
Knowledge of our competitors at the base level - and knowledge of the market
indicators which affect experienced hiring
Ability to effectively work with other people and be collaborative, cross-functional
and diplomatic.
Ability to adapt to a changing environment and conditions.
Proficient in office computer software/systems (MSOffice, Excel, PowerPoint, Same
time).
