Job Description   

Walkin WITH PREVIOUS APPOINTMENT 

•Education qualification: Graduates

•Excellent spoken and written English

• Minimum 1 year of work experience in Customer Care/Customer Support(Voice) out of

which atleast 6 months in Inbound US Process.

•Excellent interpersonal skills

•Able to take responsibility and initiative

•Available to work in shifts
 
Desired Profile

Graduate / undergraduate(only III year candidates) with minimum 6 months experience

in a voice based inbound process with an international bpo.

Open for shifts.

Good communication skills and neutral accent.
 
Experience   1 - 2 Years
