Relationship Manager

Job Description   

Selected candidates will be taken as Retainer i.e. on fixed time-bound contract with

ICICI Securities Ltd for 45 days and will be paid a Retainer fee of Rs. 15,000 for

this period (subject to tax as per applicable tax laws).

Payment of the Retainer fee will happen after the 45 days Retainership period, as

per due process.

Process for selection of Retainers to the position of Relationship Managers:

During their Retainership period, Retainers will be allowed to join the 45-day

internal training program organised by I-Sec. Basis evaluation during training

period and post successful completion of Training (subject to availability of

positions), Retainers will be given preference for the position of Relationship

Manager.

Retainers selected for a Relationship Manager position for a Metro location will be

paid a Total Fixed Pay (TFP) of Rs. 1.80 lacs p.a & Retainers selected for a

Relationship Manager position for a Non-Metro location will be paid a TFP of Rs.

1.60 lacs p.a . Sales Incentive also would be additionally payable, as per the

applicable Sales Incentive policy of the Company.

Job Summary of a Relationship Manager:

To provide solutions to the customer by evaluating their financial needs, nurturing

client relationships and meeting revenue targets

Key Responsibilities:

Cross-Selling to existing customers & Acquisition of new customers

Financial planning of the customer

To provide solutions to the Customer’s financial needs

To deliver the desired revenue target numbers

To systematically execute the sales process to facilitate delivery of revenue targets

To systematically execute the sales process to facilitate delivery of revenue targets

Ensuring customer satisfaction

Exploring new areas and ways to achieve the targets set

Preparing and maintaining Sales Call reports and all relevant MIS

To consciously reduce costs and expenses wherever possible thereby delivering

support to centre managers in increasing the profitability of the centre
 
Desired Profile    

Graduate (BBA, BBM, B.COM, B.Sc, BA - 2009 batch) OR 2009 batch Graduates pursuing

MBA / Professional course through distance learning.

Note: Full time MBA students will not be considered for this programme.
