Desired Candidate Profile

Operate as a vital link between the client and the operations :

• Assign jobs to team to ensure maximum utilization of resources

• Play an important role with CM to develop an environment that provides motivation

and opportunities for the team

• Assess, understand, analyze the client requirement and ensure the deadlines are

adhered to

• Manage queues / workflow and shift scheduling

• Check / monitor absenteeism

The Work location would be at Spencer's or Anna Nagar facility.

Also the candidate has to work on ROTATIONAL shifts (Shifts changes once a month) -

7:00 am- 3:00 pm/ 3:00 pm - 11:00 pm/ 11:00 pm - 7:00 am.
