Responsible to define and develop mid/long term tactical and/or strategic direction
for the business unit or company. Leads and drives processes to align strategies,
metrics and execution plans across multiple functions. Identifies/exploits business
opportunities and leads risk assessment and related actions to mitigate those risks.
Creates and manages cross-functional teams, processes and information streams of the
business. Review business performance against objectives while ensuring the most
efficient utilization of the organizations' resources.
Role Profile
� Business Planning, Strategy & Analytics
� Lead & Manage cross functional projects; Transition MIS reporting processes;
Design, setup, roll out and manage Business Intelligence & Reporting processes
� Projects will be around Metric definition, Planning and executing cost saving,
efficiency improvement, standardization and benchmarking initiatives within the
organization
� Manages the forums, processes, information streams, to reviews business
performance and issues against strategies and objectives
� Understand business requirements, develop a framework and propose solutions
� Conceptualize project bottlenecks and escalate in a timely manner to senior
leadership
Desired Profile Qualification and Experience
� Bachelor's degree in science/commerce or engineering. Statistics, Finance or
Economics would be desirable
� Post graduation in Management
� Candidates with 2-3 years experience (preferably in Services industry, KPO, MIS
reporting and Business Planning) will be considered
Required Knowledge
� Strong background in Project management and/or quality (six sigma experience) and/
or transitions
� Knowledge of IT services industry
� Knowledge of Financial concepts, statistics and research methodology
� Proficiency in MS Office tools with advanced knowledge of spreadsheets, MS Project
� Basic knowledge of databases like SQL server, MS ACCESS, query methods and
automation of reports
Skill
� Excellent communication skills to manage face to face and remote communication
with Senior Leadership
� Manage multiple stakeholders and ability to propose solutions amid constraints
� Ability to break complex business problems into logical actionable tasks
� Ability to work in a team with people of diverse backgrounds and establish
agreements
� Ability to manage multiple projects and execute
