Ensuring compliance in the projects (Process Consultancy)

Facilitating projects in Tailorings and Deviations Identification

Repository reviews of the projects

Best practices sharing with the projects

QMS interpretation for the projects

Facilitation in metrics identification, collection and interpretation for the

projects assigned

SQA and SEPG Risk management

Defining/Improving processes as per CMMI, Agile (Scrum) & org. specific requirements

Serving various ad-hoc needs of the organisation & clients e.g. RFPs & Client

Presentations

Collecting and Analysis of metrics as Metrics lead.

Participated in complete assessment cycle of CMMI L-3 (v1.2) from Gap Analysis, Spot

checks, PIID and GQM creation, Readiness checks.

Experience   3 - 8 Years
