• The Project Operations Coordinator role will assist the East area Consulting
Services team with the daily operations of their project portfolio.
• This will include all activities that support a full project lifecycle.
• The main functional areas of this role support the project setup, billing and
subcontractor functions.
• The role will assist the Project Manager with daily project management, weekly
forecasting and backlog management.
• The Project Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring accurate, complete and
timely setup of Consulting projects.
• Work closely with Regional Directors, Operations Managers and Project Managers to
successfully submit accurate billing requests to meet monthly and quarterly
objectives.
• The Project Coordinator will partner with Resource Coordinators on staffing
requirements related to Subcontractors to include generating Statements of
• Work and creating purchase requisitions.
• Reconcile subcontractor project financials to ensure time cards and invoices are
entered correctly and align with project estimate.
• Prepare and submit subcontractor expense accruals.
• Work closely with Project Managers to ensure time cards are entered correctly and
are compliant, project research and reconciliation and other ad hoc issue
resolution.
• Take direction from the Project Manager regarding closing orders and updating
projects within the Quick Arrow Management system.
• The Project Coordinator will be responsible for answering and/or coordinating all
project related inquiries for the portfolio.
• This would include validating project set up status, delivery status, invoicing,
backup documentation and requests for closure.
• Support the forecasting process with direction from the Project Manager.
Desired Profile Qualifications
• 3 - 5 years of Operations and/or Project Management experience.
• Prior experience supporting a Services organization.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Project Management systems required.
• Strong communication, partnering and customer service skills.
• Problem solving and Analytical skills.
• Solid understanding of business acumen.
• Bachelors Degree in Finance, Business or related field.
• Strong partnering, problem solving and the ability to meet deadlines in a time
sensitive environment will be key to success in this role
