• Excellent oral and written communication skills

• Ability to work flexible schedule during day, night and weekend shifts

Job Description

• Ensure 100% quality adherence of all projects worked per correct templates,

standards and client specifications

• Evaluate client feedback and provide accurate analysis to the Subject Matter

Expert and CM

• Assist the SME in creating and executing a plan of action to make improvements for

all negative feedback received

• Contribute to the completion of service recoveries as required by the client

• Perform tagging, indexing and uploading of documents using web based applications

as and when required
