Desired Candidate Profile

1 Conversion rate to be maintained at 70% and above.

2 Should have issued NAP of Rs.65000/ per month.

3 Issuance rate to be maintained between 90% - 95%.

4 To ensure that clients are given feedback related to their proposal on the same

day or within one day of the presentation.
 
Job Description

1 To achieve individual targets fixed by the venue manager

2 To achieve distinction in individual appraisals

3 To take 5 references from one family and work towards calling them in the venue.

4 To check and collect document from the clients and ensure issuance of the policy

within a stipulated time frame.

5 To provide personalized claim settlement services to the clients.

6 To provide clients comprehensive financial planning advice along with Bonds, post

offices, GI etc

7 To make direct calls and generate business through referencing and corporate

clients.
