profitability, productivity) at different levels (Indian subsidiary, brands, and
way of selling)
* Analyze our performances : monthly analysis focusing on alerts and action plans
according to the company's vision and values
* Communicate about our performances : weekly local reporting, monthly reporting for Production team and other subsidiaries of the Group.
* Provide financial advices : implement tools to encourage autonomy of the
commercial team, be available for punctual analysis on various topics.
* Take the lead of the next budget process for the subsidiary : organize the
process working closely with the CFO and the French headquarters
* Ensure the respect of the budget : follow the piloting of each activity (brand,
way of selling), implement the tools to follow our expenses in parallel with the
budget.
* Advise and work closely with the CFO
* Advise and work closely with projects leaders.
