Job Description

Fairly conversant with Networking Fundamentals viz:

• Routing Protocols
• TCP/ IP and IRQs
• Basic operating systems related to  Networking
• Knowledge of CISCO product will be an added advantage
• Good communication skills in written as well as verbal.

Candidates meeting the above mentioned eligibility criteria can appear for the selection process as per the below mentioned schedule:

Selection Process: There will be 3 rounds as given below:

· Round I: Voice & Accent

· Round II: Technical test

. Round III: Interviews

NOTE:
· Candidate should be willing to work in 24*7 Support (US Shifts) & should be competent in voice based technical support.

· Candidates have to separately clear each round of the selection process.

· Candidates will be paid a fixed stipend during the training period.
