Candidates need to be flexible with shifts as per a 24/7 working environment.
Typing speed - minimum of 15 wpm with 85 accuracy.
Well versed with computers & ability to navigate between screens quickly while speaking with customers is a must.
Fast learners with a passion for customer service.
Technical Support Associates
We have openings for a US technical inbound process, at the Technical Support Associate level, we would look at candidates who have –
- Bachelors Degree / Diploma Engineering with
Advance troubleshooting skills for at least one of the following:
- Computer Desktop, including Internal Hardware

- One of the Operating systems from the following:
