Job Description   

Freshers walk in for BPO - Voice / Data process

Data Resource:

• Transaction processing for a US client

• Good verbal & analytical ability

• Computer proficiency is mandatory

• Email etiquette

Voice Resource:

• Technical/Non-technical voice support for US customers

• Excellent communication skills in English

• Good analytical and logical ability

• Ability to serve customers politely at all times

SHIFT TIMING:

Night shift for both Voice/Data process

Data Resource:

• Arts & Science graduates alone are eligible

Voice Resource:

• Graduates with any degree/specialization can apply
