Process and Technology�
The Process and Technology Consultant will support Process and Technology processes in the Hyderabad office. This position plays an important role in the execution of process and technology initiatives within Lead Tax Services.� The incumbent shall have experience working with different technology tools, developing metrics reports, and manipulating data. This position is detail oriented and requires multi-tasking at various levels
Job Responsibilities:
Supports Process and Technology initiatives overall
Supports the development of new processes and improvement of existing processes
Proactively tracks, communicates, and reports progress relative to risk, time, budget, and deliverables to project team
Supports the National team with data manipulation and metrics reporting
Plays a leading role in supporting processes assigned to Hyderabad
Monitors the processes for compliance and follows up as applicable

6 Months--5 Years working with technology tools �
�6 Months--5 Years�maintaining metric reports
Solid understanding and experience manipulating data
Excellent skills with Microsoft Word, Excel, Visio, Microsoft Project, Microsoft PowerPoint
Strong organizational, planning and management skills
Solid trouble-shooting skills, strong initiative, critical thinking skills (ability to think independently), detail oriented
Strong communication skills (reading, writing, speaking and listening)
Preferences:
Six Sigma certification
Professional Service Industry Experience
Demonstrated success in a consulting role (either internal role or external client facing position)
Experience 0 - 5 Years
