An internal brand evangelist for all STS locations/ sites
Responsible for enhancing employee engagement and experience across various employee touch points
Working with the heads of functions and departments to develop and implement strategic employee communication
Role Description Enforce adherence to the SunGard brand guidelines for all employee communication across STS
Facilitate the functions and businesses to build and disseminate employee-oriented messages effectively
Work with HR to create and execute an annual employee events calendar
Overall content governance and promotion on the STS intranet
Track and report intranet usage; suggest improvements where possible
Facilitate collaboration across sites and teams through the intranet
Encourage and facilitate employee driven community initiatives and drive the sustainability initiatives at STS
Acts as project lead for any communication intensive programs
Facilitate the development and distribution of internal newsletter
Manage induction presentations, speaker notes and feedback
Review, coordinate & templatize all internal documents e.g. policies, guidelines etc.
Develop branded giveaways, trophies, awards, etc
Identify/create innovative employee messaging platforms to deliver and inculcate the corporate objectives, values and culture among employee
Measure and evaluate effectiveness of employee communication
Mandatory Skills English communication skills – written & oral
Strong copy writing skills
Presentation skills
Ability to engage and collaborate with cross functional teams
Ability to multi-task
Ability to work under pressure and against tight deadlines
Understanding of primary media production tools and technologies (Photoshop, Flash, HTML, etc)
Desired Skills Experience with SharePoint/ other intranet applications/systems
Hands-on experience with media production tools and technologies (Photoshop, Flash, HTML, etc)
Experience 4 - 8 Years
