• Timely and accurate categorization of customer feedback
• Understanding changing requirements and managing customer expectations
• Maintaining regular client communication
Candidate’s Profile:-
1. Any Graduate Fresher’s can apply –MINIMUM GRADUATION IS REQUIRED
2. Excellent verbal and written communication Skills
3. Good analytical and logical skills
4. Good knowledge on MS Excel
5. Willingness to work in rotating shifts (6 am to 3pm / 1pm to 10pm)
6. Net savvy
Experience : - 0 – 2 years
Age:-Below 30 years
Job Location : For Pune: Hinjewadi
For Mumbai: Ghatkopar & Sewri
Pick up & Drop Facilities: Centralized – 5days working
